Guess what i stumbled upon today - a lovely easy blueberry muffin recipe! It will surely appeal to you, guaranteed.
You can substitute with fresh strawberries if blueberry is difficult to find. Any other types of fresh fruits also be used.
It will be a joy to try plus have an interesting snack for your breakfast, tea or supper. It will be a nice treat for you kids to pack and take to school for their break (one headache solved for Mom!)
